2. Services
All services are provided based on the scope outlined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice. Services may include grant readiness assessments, grant research, proposal development, and ongoing funding support.
We reserve the right to adjust timelines or deliverables as needed based on project scope, client responsiveness, or other relevant factors.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Work will begin once the scope is approved and any required deposit is received.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or agreement.
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
- Supply necessary documentation and materials
Delays in communication or missing information may impact project timelines and outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for the client will become the client’s property.
Erin Baxter, LLC reserves the right to use generalized or anonymized versions of materials for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. No Guarantee of Funding
While we provide professional grant writing and strategic support, we do not guarantee that any grant application or funding request will be successful. Funding decisions are made solely by the awarding organizations.
8. Cancellations & Termination
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Clients will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work.
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are not met or communication becomes unproductive.
9. Limitation of Liability
Erin Baxter, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Data Protection
Any personal or organizational information provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
12. Independent Contractor Relationship
Erin Baxter, LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms of Service or in any engagement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship between Erin Baxter, LLC and the client.
Erin Baxter, LLC does not have authority to enter into agreements, make commitments, or act on behalf of the client unless expressly authorized in writing.
Clients remain solely responsible for their organization’s operations, compliance, and final submission of any grant applications or funding requests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
